Rules & Regulations

We strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have established the following rules and regulations. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them for everyone to have the best experience possible. 

Rent

Rent must be paid within three (3) days of the due date. After three (3) days your utilities will be turned off. After six (6) days your unit will be towed.

Insurance

All renters must have insurance on their campers and vehicles. The park is not responsible for damage caused by storms or falling trees/limbs.

Check-in &
Check-out Times

Check-in is at 1:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Contactless check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Otherwise, we ask all guests to register at the office.

Quiet Hours

Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other campers.

Seasonal Memberships

Utilities are turned off from November 1 through March 15.

Based on the weather, these dates could fluctuate.


You may check your unit as often as you wish. If you choose to spend the night, you will be charged the daily rate at that time. 

Annuals

 A utility deposit of $100.00 is required. If you leave before your membership expires, you will be responsible for the electricity until the end of that month. You will receive your refund at the end of your term, if all bills are paid in full. This deposit is viable for 5 years if you stay over a year, no need to put down each year.

Lake & Fishing

All campers and guests will abide by lake, swimming and fishing guidelines which are posted online and in the office. Enter at your own risk and beware of snakes. Swimming is permitted in designated areas ONLY. No lifeguard is on duty. Management is not responsible for personal injury. A PARENT MUST accompany children under 16. Swimming hours will be from 10:00 a.m. until sunset. No sinking of the platform, hanging on ropes, or rough horseplay. No more than 4 people on the platform at a time. Management reserves the right to close the beach and swim area due to weather conditions or misuse. No boats are allowed in the water. Please respect the rights and privacy of surrounding property owners is crucial, and it is essential to refrain from trespassing on their properties. Trespassing is not only disrespectful but also illegal. 


We have no fees for fishing (except non-family visitors) but we still have a 3 channel cat and 5 bass limit. This means a limit per day per campsite not per pole. One pole person. Absolutely no frogs removed from the pond. No fishing allowed between dusk and 6:00 a.m. Please clean fish & dispose of it properly at the station provided near the shower house. Fish remains must be double-bagged and placed in a metal trash can at the station. Please rinse off the area when finished. Never put fish remains in dumpsters.  

If you and your family are NOT annual campers but here for a shorter time please remember that if you invite additional guests to visit they will need to check in the office and they will need to pay a fee to fish and swim.

Mowing

Member is responsible for mowing their own lots and management is responsible for common areas. The grass is mowed during the week. Keep picnic tables, automobiles, and other personal items off the grassy areas to help our mowing crew.

Campfires

Campfires are allowed in fire pit/rings only. Please do not move fire rings or start fires outside of designated areas. Never leave a campfire unattended and make sure it is fully extinguished before leaving it. NO burning trash in fire pits/rings.

Respect for Others

Zero tolerance for Physical or Verbal Violence - One strike, you're out. Please be respectful of other guests and their privacy. Do not walk through occupied campsites or play loud music or other noise that may disturb other campers. 

Golf Carts

Electric golf carts only and only licensed drivers over 16 are permitted to drive or operate a golf cart alone in the park. In order for a child/youth to drive a golf cart in the park, an adult over the age of 21 must ride in the front seat of the cart with the child/youth. Owners of golf carts are responsible for any damage caused by golf carts. NO three-wheelers, mini bikes, loud motorcycles, BB guns, fireworks, or go-carts allowed in the Park. 

Pet Policy

We love pets, but for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, all pets must be kept inside (outdoor cages are not allowed). Pets remain on a leash at all times. If your animal disturbs others, you will be asked to leave. In the interest of everyone’s health, picking up after your pets is required. *No aggressive behavior will be tolerated. Those that are unable to control their pets may be asked to leave the campground.

Construction

Before beginning any construction of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether interior or exterior (including, but not limited to, carports, sheds, fences, decks, cabanas, steps, etc), written approval by Management must be obtained. Ownership may in its sole discretion deny permission to perform such work. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Speed Limit

The speed limit on the campground is 10 mph. Please observe this limit at all times for the safety of all guests, especially children.

Parking

Vehicles shall not block adjacent sites or roadways. Two (2) vehicles per site if space available. No more than one (1) group shall be permitted per campsite. Do not park on the grass or in the streets.

Firearms

The discharge of firearms is prohibited on the campground at all times.

Alcohol and Drugs

Please keep all alcoholic beverages at your own campsite. We ask that you do so responsibly and not disturb other guests. The use of drugs, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited.

Emergency Procedures

In case of an emergency, please dial 911. For non-emergency issues, please contact the campground office during office hours.

Facilities

Showers and Bathrooms are open 24 hours. We ask that guests do their best to keep these as clean as possible out of respect for one another.

Water Usage

Do not wash your vehicles. There are additional charges for washing your RV or other vehicles.

Appliances

Outside appliances of any kind are not allowed. 

Trash Disposal

Please help keep our campground clean by properly disposing of trash and recycling in designated containers. All garbage must be put in your own plastic bags before being deposited in the Park’s dumpsters. This includes the playground, pool, cornhole area, etc… 

Site Upkeep

All camping units shall be kept in conformity with all national, State and local electrical and health codes.


Only one (I) rack of wood (8ft long x 4 ft tall) allowed at each campsite per EPA regulations. NO EXCEPTIONS.


It is the sole responsibility of the Member to maintain said site in a clean and orderly fashion including mowing and maintaining camping equipment (decks, sheds, etc). In the event the management determines that it is necessary to maintain a site, a minimum fee of $50.00 per mowing, raking and cleaning will be charged.

Loss of Items

The Park is not responsible for losses or injuries due to fire, failure of any utility, theft, or accident for any reason whatsoever. 

Permanent Improvements

Permanent improvements such as trees, shrubs, concrete patios etc. must first be approved by Lazy Days management prior to their installation. No fences are allowed on property.

Storage

One onsite 6x8 storage sheds are permitted. Any existing sheds will be maintained in earth tone colors.


Additional storage of any boats, trailers, campers or other items must be arranged with the campground management under a separate contract. All vehicles must be parked on paved/rock surfaces.

Park Model Homes

Park Model Homes will be allowed with prior approval only. Management reserves the right to restrict the size and type of unit.

Utilities

Each campsite is supplied with an electric meter owned by Lazy Days. No camper is allowed to padlock the electric box. Monthly bills will be recorded in the campground office on the first of each month reflecting the actual cost of the electrical service as provided to Lazy Days by the local power company.


All bills are due in full within fifteen (15) days of notification. In the event a bill is not paid on time, owners have the right to terminate the contract for any unpaid electricity (or rent) and the member will be asked to leave.

Ejection

The Park reserves the right to eject, without refund, anyone causing a nuisance or being inconsiderate to other guests, or vandalizing Park property.

RV Upkeep

All RV owners are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in a clean and sanitary condition. Regular cleaning of both the interior and exterior of the RV is required to uphold community standards. Waste disposal, including gray water and sewage, must be managed properly. Exterior decorations or modifications should enhance the aesthetic appeal of the RV park and not detract from it. Any outdoor furniture, grills, or recreational equipment should be maintained in good condition and stored appropriately when not in use. We will ask you to clean up your site if it fails to meet this requirement and if not updated in a timely manner will result in penalty fees.

Visitors

Your site is NOT transferable to another individual. All campaign fees are non-refundable should you sell your camper or decide to leave for any reason, including violation of rules. All visitors need to check into the office and sign in. You are responsible for your guests and their actions, so have them review these rules and regulations.

Media Release

By entering the grounds of the Lazy Days RV Park, you grant permission for the photographing of yourself and the recording of your voice. You understand that these materials may be used for advertising, publicity, or commercial purposes, both domestically and internationally. This consent extends to the Lazy Days RV Park and its affiliates. You release Lazy Days RV Park, its affiliates, and any authorized users from any claims regarding the use of such materials. If the subject is under 18, the parent or legal guardian's approval is required.
