Updates effective as of April 1st, 2024:
- We're enhancing your living experience with upgrades like 30 amp to 50 amp conversions to re-graveling the roads, and more coming soon!
- To ensure we have your accurate information and to know if you plan to stay with us for the upcoming season, please click the button below and fill out the "Information Request" form.
- Standard sites will increase to $250 per month per annual agreement
- Lake lots will be available for $295 per month per annual agreement
- Break payments up into 12 easy payments by utilizing monthly payments, or pay upfront -- whichever is best for you.

How do I make payments starting April 1st?
Until March 31st, you'll enjoy your current rate. Based on market rates for this area, effective April 1st, 2024, we are increasing prices for standard seasonal sites to $250 per month and lake lots will be $295 per month with an annual agreement.

Do I have to pay for everything upfront with the new pricing?
To accommodate the new 2024 seasonal rate, we are now offering easy, monthly payments. What this means is, instead of paying a one-time upfront payment, you can now break down over 12 payments.
What if I want to stay for only a night, week, or month instead?

Do we have an age requirement for the camper?
Yes, at Lazy Days RV Park & Campground, we maintain a standard for the RVs in our park to ensure a quality experience for all our guests. Campers or RVs must be from the year 2005 or newer. This policy helps us maintain a certain aesthetic and safety standard within the community. If you have an older model and believe it is in exceptional condition, please contact us for a possible exemption.
If we are moving out, how can we find storage?
For those planning to move out and needing storage solutions, we recommend several local storage facilities in the vicinity of Lazy Days. Our team can provide you with a list of recommended options. When will we be able to meet our manager?
We are excited for you to meet our new RV Community Manager! We will be hosting a meet-and-greet event closer to the season at Lazy Days.
