The seasonal price covers your site rent, offseason storage, and access to all park amenities and events.
We understand that payment flexibility is important. For seasonal reservation, you can choose to pay upfront or opt for a convenient payment plan that spreads the cost over 12 months.
Standard: $3,000 ($250 x 12) + electric
Premium: $3,000 ($250 x 12) + electric
Elite: $3,540 ($295 x 12) + electric
For nightly and weekly stays – payment is required upfront at the time of arrival or check-in. For monthly stays, your first payment is due upon arrival or check-in and covers your site rent for the upcoming month. If you stay beyond the first month, payment will be due on the 1st of each month, covering your stay for that month. For example, a payment made on September 1st covers your site rent from September 1st to September 30th.
The park is open for seasonal stays from April 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025. Utilities are turned off from November 1st through March 15th. If you have a Seasonal Agreement, your site is reserved during the offseason, allowing you to store your camper and belongings on-site. Without a Seasonal Agreement, you’ll need to remove your belongings during the offseason, as we will promote the site as available.
For your safety, and the functionality of our utilities – the park is only equipped to provide electric and water services during the warmer months. Therefore, we are open from April 1 – October 31 each year
We understand that your site may feel like a home away from home. To guarantee that you keep your site, please coordinate with Park Manager Lisa to confirm your agreement’s expiration date and discuss any changes. Your new agreement and payment plan must be signed and returned to Lisa by the time your current agreement expires.
Without this confirmation, your site will be available to others directly after the Agreement deadline date listed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Park Manager to ensure your needs are met.

If you prefer to stay only during specific months rather than the full season, consider our “Monthly” site options. We’ll be happy to accommodate you. Please consult with the Park Manager to see which sites can accommodate your monthly reservation requests.
We accept check, and credit cards (fees may apply). Payments can be made in person with the Park Manager or online if you’re paying by credit card. We also offer auto-draft payment options. If you are interested, please consult with your park manager to be added to our monthly auto-draft option.
Yes, there is a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. To avoid the fee, you can pay with cash or check.
The park pricing reflects careful research, rising operational costs, and a thorough analysis of market rates. Several factors contribute to this adjustment, including park upkeep, park improvements, and efforts to maintain competitiveness.

Reservation Policies
- Short-term reservations (less than 30 days): 50% due at booking, remaining balance at check-in.
- Long-term reservations: 50% deposit of the first month’s stay required at booking.
Cancellation Policies
- Short‑term:
– Deposits fully refundable if canceled 14+ days before check-in. - Long‑term:
– 50% of deposit refunded if canceled 30+ days before arrival.
– Deposit forfeited if canceled within 30 days.
– 30-day notice prior to departure required to avoid extra charges.
